H.E. Ghanem Al Mazrouei is the Chairman of the Board of Almaden Fortune Power Limited. Chairman Ghanem has been accredited with qualifications from California State Polytechnic University, where he graduated and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Political Science. Before he was appointed as Chairman of Almaden Fortune Power Limited, His Excellency served as Minister Plenipotentiary in the UAE Foreign Ministry and Director of UAE GCC membership in the GCC Council for 18 years. H.E. Ghanem Al Mazrouei served as Chairman for a large corporation over the last 20 years and continues to actively participate in political, commercial, and society committees in the region. H.E. Ghanem Al Mazrouei is currently the UAE`s Ambassador of Peace to the United Nations.

To date, His Excellency is heading several business entities in the field of education, real estate, a holding company, renewable energy, waste management, and investments.

Dr. Naser Muhyealdeen holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Partner at Almaden Fortune Power Limited. His educational background includes an honors degree in Political Science and Economics from California State Polytechnic University, CA, USA, along with a Bachelor of Science in Law and a Juris Doctor degree from Irvine University College of Law, California, USA. With 19 years of international experience in the legal profession, Dr. Naser has litigated over 150 arbitration cases, focusing particularly on energy contracts. His legal acumen and reputation have earned him the trust of numerous royal family members in the GCC. Additionally, Dr. Naser serves as the CEO and Managing Partner of a holding company in the UAE, involved in sectors such as real estate, renewable energy, and ICT Infrastructure. He is also the CEO and Partner of an investment group that leads projects across the MENA region. His accolades include being named among the Top 50 Lawyers in the Middle East and North Africa. Dr. Naser holds memberships with several prestigious legal institutions, including the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department, the UAE Rulers Court, the International Law Bar Association, DIFC Courts, the London Court of International Arbitration, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, and the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre.

Engr. Abdelhak Meftah is an accomplished Project Manager at Almaden, specializing in sustainable and renewable energy engineering, a field in which he holds a BS degree from the University of Sharjah. He brings extensive experience in project planning, execution, and management, particularly in the solar PV sector for both on-grid and off-grid systems. Abdelhak has a strong track record in handling RFPs and RFQs for project tenders and conducting project negotiations. His project leadership extends across various prominent solar car parking and rooftop projects in the UAE, including collaborations with ADNOC, TRA, and ADDC, as well as international projects in GCC countries like Oman at notable sites such as Mall of Oman and City Center Sur. He is a DEWA Certified Senior PV Expert and a proud member of the Society of Engineers in UAE.

Hedwan Omar M. Hemdan is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer from the University of Sharjah, UAE, with over four and a half years of professional experience in fields ranging from MEP design and execution to technology, robotics, and IoT. He is a SEWA Approved Engineer – Grade A Contractor and is currently working with AppsPro Technology / GIS International Technology. His roles involve designing and implementing robotics circuits, troubleshooting electronic and mechanical components, and managing IoT solutions like Oracle IoT Asset Monitoring for asset tracking and monitoring. Hedwan has participated in various projects such as the Bloomberg Al Sharq IoT project and the Fujairah National Resources Corporate Innovation Lab, providing innovative solutions, technical material preparation for clients, and overseeing the integration and implementation of technology products. His technical skills include proficiency in Oracle IoT systems, MS Office, AutoCAD, and PlanSwift, alongside extensive knowledge of LV systems and electrical installations.

Engr. Wyndee Cocjin is a seasoned Project Engineer at Almaden, specializing in solar PV systems design, engineering installation, and project planning. With five years of experience, she holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology, Philippines. Wyndee has played pivotal roles in numerous high-profile solar projects across the UAE, including solar car parking and rooftop installations for notable clients such as TRA, ADDC, ADWEC, TAQA-ENOVA, and ENOC. She is a DEWA Approved Solar Engineer and an active member of the Society of Engineers in UAE, reflecting her dedication and recognized expertise in the field.

Sirajudheen M, an Electrical Engineer based in Bur Dubai, specializes in solar energy and electrical systems with over five years of professional experience. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Government Engineering College, Idukki, affiliated with M.G University, India. Currently, he is employed at Almaden MENA FZE in Dubai, where he serves as a DEWA Certified Junior PV Solar Expert. His responsibilities include designing and installing on-grid solar systems, managing projects from the planning stage through execution, and preparing detailed 2D and 3D drawings. Previously, he worked with the Kerala State Electricity Board Limited in India, overseeing the operation and maintenance of substation equipment and managing shutdown activities. Sirajudheen is experienced in supervising significant projects, such as the Mall of Oman Solar Car Parking and several rooftop solar installations. He is known for his strong communication skills, dedication to work, and emphasis on safety and quality.

Nwafor Odinaka Vincent, currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a position as a Health and Safety Officer. With a background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from his education in Nigeria and various certified courses in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Vincent brings robust expertise to the field. His certifications include NEBOSH International General Certificate, Disaster Management, Safety Management Systems, and more. He has practical experience from his roles at Giffin Signs LLC and Coscharis Beverages LTD, where he managed workplace safety assessments, HSE compliance, safety training, and maintenance of safety equipment. Vincent possesses strong computer skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a high physical stamina, making him well-suited for demanding safety tasks. His interests lie in music, reading, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and career growth, which complement his professional skills in promoting a safe working environment.

Alex Charly, based in the UAE, is a dedicated HSE Engineer with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, and numerous safety certifications including NEBOSH IGC and IOSH. Since 2018, he has been working at Ginco Contracting Company where he manages workplace safety by inspecting sites, monitoring work permits, verifying tools, promoting safe practices, and conducting safety inductions and training. Alex is also responsible for quality audits, equipment maintenance, accident investigations, and compliance with safety standards on various projects, including residential, commercial, and filling station constructions in Dubai. His skills in safety analysis, documentation, MS Office, and AutoCAD are complemented by his proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam, and he holds driving licenses in both the UAE and India.

Mirsa Nihal K. is a proficient Electrical Engineer based in Dubai, specializing in solar energy and project management. With experience spanning from design and coordination to on-site execution, he currently contributes to Almaden Emirates Fortune Power LLC, focusing on the design of on-grid solar systems and the preparation of key project documents. His career also includes a notable stint at Henry and Farad PVT LTD in India, where he worked on significant projects such as the E-Health project across health centers in Kerala. Certified in MEP system design and drafting, Mirsa combines a strong practical construction knowledge with excellent problem-solving skills, making him a valuable asset in any engineering role.

Helissa Adriano, a 27-year-old from the Philippines, holds a degree in Business Administration with a major in Entrepreneurship from Bulacan State University. She has accrued six years of experience in the UAE, specializing in HR, administrative duties, procurement, and accounting. Currently working as an HR and Administrative Officer at Almaden MENA FZE, she manages tasks ranging from publishing job ads and handling staff recruitment to processing employment visas and offboarding employees. She is also responsible for payroll data, maintaining personnel records, and handling company renewals. Previously, she has held roles at Okapi Advertising LLC and Logical Network Solutions LLC, where she was involved in office coordination, procurement, accounting, and providing administrative support. Helissa's skills include multitasking, leadership, and stress management, complemented by training in accounting, HR, and basic life support.

Mr. Jun Nicdao holds the position of Contracts Manager, Business Development Specialist, and Legal Counsel at Almaden. A graduate with a Bachelor of Laws from the Philippines, he has garnered over two decades of experience across multiple domains including legal, human resources, education, marketing, and forex trading. In his current role, he is responsible for maintaining client and industry partner communications, managing all legal contracts and agreements, drafting corporate legal and commercial documents, and preparing tender documents for RFQs and RFPs. Additionally, he conducts legal due diligence and assesses investment opportunities, specifically in the solar project acquisition and development sector.

Ms. Sahar Kanbar serves as the Public Relation Manager and Marketing Consultant at Almaden. She has established herself as a trailblazer in sales and marketing within the UAE, boasting over twenty years of comprehensive experience across various sectors including engineering, construction, real estate, interior design, retail marketing, information technology, and corporate investment. Her vast expertise has positioned her as a key figure in the industry, contributing significantly to the strategic growth and visibility of her company through her advanced marketing and public relations skills.

A skilled professional with a specialization in Electrical Power and Renewable Energy, this team member brings a robust understanding of electrical power systems. With academic training complemented by intensive placements at Construction and Building L.L.C and Sharjah Municipality, their expertise covers LV and ELV switch gear, CCTV, fire alarm systems, HVAC, load schedules, PLCs, and more. Their experience in these areas positions them to contribute effectively to projects, ensuring high standards and innovative solutions in the field of electrical engineering.
